Sharing traditional Japanese culture and arts with the world
We are deeply proud of traditional Japanese arts like tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, koto music and kabuki dance—as well as having over 400 years of history, these artforms are visually spectacular, and an enchanting experience for viewers. This is why we believe it is important not just to keep them alive, but to share them with the world. We started Den Tokyo in this spirit.
Our team encompasses professional artists of many specialties, meaning we are able to create a wide range of artistic performances, as well as hold workshops and other educational services. We hope that our activities grow the awareness, understanding, and appreciation of Japanese culture and traditional performing arts.
